Painting is a three piece band from Berlin. We play avant-garde pop music influenced by electronic music, kraut and jazz, sing in three voices and combine the classic band instruments bass, guitar, saxophone and drums with synthesizers, samplers and sequencers. Our critically acclaimed debut album Painting Is Dead came out in 2022, accompanied by 3D Browser games designed by Paula Reissig. We toured a lot in Germany and also in Japan in 2023. In 2025 we will release our second album Snapshot Of Pure Attention.
